I got a gift from a friend (thanks Fran) yesterday. A bunch of wild garlic, freshly collected in the forest. So I made wild garlic pesto this mornig.

Wash the garlic, add olive oil, parmesan, pine nuts and salt. Crush, blend, mix and done!
